lies within Chobe National Park and is famous for its lions,
hyena and large herds of game
 The
great plains of Makgadikgadi Pans are
scenically stunning. At certain times of the year, enormous
flocks of flamingos, pelicans and innumerable ducks congregate
in a myriad of colors on the lakes.
Chartered
flights over the 13 000km2 region is an awesome sight. For
some, the experience of gliding through the swamps in a mokoro
(a special dug out canoe) provides the thrill of a lifetime.
